2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to account security and platform integrity, kiss88 requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — requires you to submit valid documents including:

• A government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence).
• Proof of your payment method (such as a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered mobile number).
• Proof of address if requested by our verification team.

3 Account Security

• Errors in odds or game results that have been clearly identified as erroneous and corrected promptly.

• Your failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits kiss88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, your only recourse is to close your account and cease using the platform. To request account closure, please contact our support team.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
